Trade Terms

Target General business terms and conditions:

1.  Delivery:

Fly-Mike ships products within the European Union using the German delivery service DPD.

Orders received on work days by 12 o'clock are processed and dispatched on the same day. Delivery time within Germany is then generally 1 day, outside of Germany is a maximum of 3 days. (Exceptions are possible but rare.)

For shipments outside of the European Union, please contact us.

2. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs within Germany are 6 Euros. Articles that can be sent as merchandise shipments such as gloves, books, or accessories, only cost 2.50 Euros.

Shipments outside of Germany but within the EU cost 10 Euros.

Shipments outside of the EU are determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Return/ cancellation of contract:

Private end consumers can exchange the item for another color or cancel the order within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. The individual who placed the order carries the costs for the return shipment. In cases of returns, we can only take back unworn, new items in the original packaging. Please only examine delivered items to the extent that would be acceptable/possible in a store.

4. Payment:

Payment is not typically due for orders within Germany until after delivery. Prepayment is however required for orders outside of Germany. It is not possible to receive a percentage discount for up-front payments.

5. Proprietary rights:

The article remains our property until it has been paid for in full.

6. Material/ delivery damages:

If delivered articles exhibit material or manufacturing defects, including transport damages, please notify us immediately. Failure to file a timely complaint does not however affect your legal rights.

7. Price validity:

The prices indicated on the website are in euros, including german VAT.
